Abstract:
The freedom of identity in women should be explored and celebrated, and offer a forum for women to connect and inspire. Research indicates that women need to feel a sense of affiliation in order to construct a solid personal identity. Narrative and immersive interior designs may offer opportunities of exploration on a personal and connective level. Permitting the user the freedom of choice within an experience creates an internal response that allows them to compose a personal narrative of their exploration, inspiring their developing identity.
